Back by popular demand! Join us for a Valentine’s Day vegan Supper Club at Sobre Mesa and Lion Dance Cafe! Our initial collaboration at alaMar sold out immediately and was a big success, so we’re super excited to make it sexier and bring it to Sobre Mesa this time. Enjoy wonderful company and delicious cuisine, and our very own astrologer will be on hand to give you the inside scoop on love, life, and libations.
Our 100% vegan menu will begin with small appetizers at the welcoming reception, replete with a 90’s throwbacks song, followed by a seated dinner with four scrumptious dishes and a specialty cocktail. The meal will be influenced by the theme and music, while also emphasizing the connection between Chef Nelson’s and Lion Dance Cafe’s heritages, using colorful seasonal vegetables from our local farmers’ markets.
About Lion Dance Café:
C-Y Chia (they/them) and Shane Stanbridge (he/him), James Beard semifinalists, are the owners of Michelin-starred Lion Dance Cafe. They combine their Singaporean, Chinese, and Italian origins with local ingredients and housemade ferments to create a distinct and award-winning flavor profile known as “Authentic, not Traditional.”
