Celebrate Valentine’s Day with homemade truffles! Create creamy ganache, experiment with different flavors, and roll in toppings for a delightful, hands-on treat!
In this exciting and engaging workshop, you’ll make exquisite chocolate truffles to celebrate Valentine’s Day! Turn your kitchen into a candy shop with our rich and creamy chocolate ganache base and a few tasty modifications. Once the ganache is ideally chilled, you’ll roll your truffles in a variety of coatings, ranging from cocoa powder to crushed almonds, for a unique and delectable finish.
Along the way, you’ll learn how to work with ganache and how to incorporate it into other desserts. Whether you’re making delicious sweets for friends, family, or yourself, this workshop is a great way to sweeten up your Valentine’s Day. Join us for an evening of chocolate indulgence!
