Legal Stuff:
1. Assumed Risk
I, the undersigned, accept and understand that attending the event and/or visiting On the “Y” Sacramento has certain risks, including but not limited to the risk of bodily injury, property damage, or loss. These dangers could be caused by crowd behavior, alcohol consumption, accidents, or other unforeseen events.
I voluntarily accept any risks involved with my presence.
2. Waiver of liability
In exchange for permission to access and participate in events at I, the undersigned recognize and understand that attending the event and/or visiting On the “Y” Sacramento entails inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical injury, property damage, or loss. These risks may arise as a result of crowd behavior, alcohol consumption, accidents, or other unforeseen incidents. I hereby agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless On the “Y” Sacramento, its employees, agents, affiliates, and all persons or entities involved in the venue’s operation from any and all liability for any personal injury, property damage, or loss resulting from my participation or attendance.
This release applies to any claims originating from the nightclub’s negligence or gross negligence, to the fullest degree permissible by law.
3. Indemnity
I agree to indemnify and hold blameless On the “Y” Sacramento and its employees, affiliates, and agents for any claims, actions, damages, or liabilities resulting from my own actions or omissions during my visit, including any injuries I may cause to others or myself.
4. Medical treatment
In the event of an emergency, I agree to get medical treatment as needed. I acknowledge that I am responsible for any medical-related expenses.
5. Conduct and Behavior.
I agree to follow the venue’s rules and regulations, and I understand that failing to do so may result in instant removal from the premises without return. I understand that On the “Y” Sacramento retains the right to refuse access or service to anybody at its discretion.
6. Alcohol and Drug Use
I confirm that I am of legal drinking age in the jurisdiction where On the “Y” Sacramento operates. I understand that excessive alcohol consumption, illegal drug use, and disruptive behavior are absolutely banned, and the venue has the right to remove anyone who violates these policies.
7. Photography and Recording Consent
I understand that while I am at the event, our media team may shoot images or videos for promotional purposes. I agree that my image and likeness may be used in promotional or advertising materials without remuneration.
8. Acknowledgement of Understanding
I have read and understand the contents of this Liability Release and Waiver Form. By purchasing a ticket/attending, I voluntarily sign this form and acknowledge the risks associated with attending the venue. I promise to follow all rules and regulations.
