The San Jose Earthquakes return to Levi’s® Stadium for a Mexican Independence Day weekend clash. Santa Clara, California – Levi’s® Stadium is pleased to announce the return of the San Jose Earthquakes for an exciting match on Mexican Independence Day Weekend in 2025.
The Earthquakes are set to compete against LAFC on Saturday, September 13, at 5:30 p.m., reintroducing one of Major League Soccer’s most thrilling rivalries to the Bay Area’s leading sports venue. This eagerly awaited match will enhance Levi’s® Stadium’s esteemed legacy of hosting significant soccer events, including last year’s impressive victories by the Earthquakes: a 3-1 win over LAFC in front of over 45,000 spectators and a thrilling penalty shootout win against Chivas Guadalajara, which established the Leagues Cup attendance record with 50,675 attendees.
