The American Hockey League (AHL) has revealed the full regular-season schedule for the San Diego Gulls for the 2025-26 season. The Gulls will commence their season away from home against the Coachella Valley Firebirds on October 10 at Acrisure Arena (7 p.m. PT).
The team will celebrate its Home Opener on Saturday, October 18, facing the Henderson Silver Knights at Pechanga Arena San Diego (6 p.m. PT), marking the beginning of a year-long celebration of a decade of AHL hockey in San Diego.
San Diego is set to host 25 home weekend games, comprising 11 on Fridays, 10 on Saturdays, and four on Sundays. Throughout the 2025-26 season, the Gulls will also engage in 20 sets of back-to-back games.
As part of their 2025-26 schedule, the Gulls will compete against 11 different opponents from the Western Conference, including 64 games against the other nine teams in the Pacific Division. The Gulls are scheduled to meet the 2024-25 Calder Cup champions, the Abbotsford Canucks, eight times this season, with the first matchup taking place at home on November 15 (6 p.m. PT). San Diego will host Abbotsford three more times: December 28 (5 p.m. PT), January 14, and January 16 (both at 7 p.m. PT), and will visit Abbotsford Centre on January 24 (7 p.m. PT), January 25 (4 p.m. PT), March 28 (7 p.m. PT), and March 29 (4 p.m. PT). The Gulls will also compete against the Ontario Reign four times, starting on November 7 at home (7 p.m. PT).
Additionally, the Gulls will face the Central Division’s Texas Stars and Rockford IceHogs in eight contests. San Diego will host the Stars on December 5 (7 p.m. PT) and December 7 (5 p.m. PT), and will travel to Texas on February 27 and 28 (both at 5 p.m. PT). Furthermore, San Diego will play against Rockford on the road on February 21 (5 p.m. PT) and February 22 (2 p.m. PT). The Gulls will welcome the IceHogs on March 6 (7 p.m. PT) and March 7 (6 p.m. PT).
