Friday, May 8 – Mixed Doubles
• Check-in: 2:30 PM
• Start time: 3:00 PM
• Skill levels: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5+
Saturday, May 9 – Men’s & Women’s Doubles
• Check-in: 6:30 AM
• Start time: 7:30 AM
• Men’s levels: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5
• Women’s levels: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0+
Registration Details
• First event: $85
• Second event: $15
• Early Bird Registration: February 2 – February 27 ($15 discount)
• Limited spots available per bracket
Tournament Structure & Regulations
• Round Robin format followed by medal rounds
• Top 4 teams from each bracket will advance
• The top 2 teams will compete for Gold; the next 2 will compete for Bronze
• All matches consist of single games to 15 points, with a win by 2 rule
• Teams will compete at the higher skill level of the two players
• Both partners must register within 5 days of each other; otherwise, the team will be placed on a waitlist
• A minimum of 4 teams is required per bracket
• Results will be submitted to DUPR
• USAP rules are applicable, including the approved paddle list
All proceeds will benefit patients and families of Hoffmann Hospice!
