Since its establishment in 1999 by producer Frank Peterson (known for Enigma, Sarah Brightman, and Andrea Bocelli), Gregorian has achieved sales exceeding 10 million albums and has performed for over 3 million individuals across 31 countries, showcasing a unique fusion of pop/rock music and choral arrangements reminiscent of medieval chants.
During its current North American tour, which promotes the albums Pure Chants I & II, the ensemble, consisting of eight classically trained English vocalists, will emphasize the music of Enigma, the Grammy-nominated recording project that successfully merged new-age and world music with electronic and ambient sounds, achieving an estimated 70 million sales globally.
