Since their inception in 2012, The Indications have journeyed from their beginnings at Indiana University in Bloomington to the international arena, performing to sold-out crowds across Europe, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand, as well as on the West Coast— where DJI enjoys a robust fan base among lowrider and vintage soul aficionados.
Their journey has also included the release of three introspective, harmonious albums: Durand Jones & The Indications (2016), American Love Call (2019), and Private Space (2021). Each of these albums has garnered international recognition, a loyal fan base, and hundreds of millions of streams. This success has been achieved without a platinum feature or viral hit to elevate their profile; when fans attend their shows, and they do so in large numbers, it is for this band and the enchanting music they create.
