RailGiants Train Museum, Fairplex, Pomona, CA

The RailGiants Train Museum, located at the Los Angeles County Fairgrounds in Pomona, California, offers a historical experience that transports visitors back to the illustrious era of the American Railroad.

Our museum features some of the nation’s best-preserved locomotives, including several unique survivors from their respective classes. Among our RailGiants collection are two of the four remaining 3-Cylinder steam locomotives: SP #5021 and UP #9000. Additionally, we house the largest diesel locomotive, a Union Pacific “Centennial.” Beyond our locomotives, the museum showcases various pieces of Rolling Stock, which include freight and passenger cars, our historic Arcadia Depot, Library Archives, and a Gift Shop.

We welcome the public free of charge during the second weekend of each month, with the exception of May, from 10 am to 5 pm. There is ample parking available.
