SPECIAL GUEST.
Gayle Sanfacon Field, at the age of eleven, had the distinction of christening a Liberty ship in 1943. Her grandpa was president of the Bay Area Metal Trades Council. She recently paid a visit to the SS Jeremiah O’Brien, a preserved Liberty ship, demonstrating her long-standing interest in nautical history. Welcome her aboard as our special guest for this year’s memorial cruise, and meet her on board while we are sailing!
