Join us for a fun-filled celebration of International Women’s Day, recognizing and empowering women all across the world.
International Women’s Day Celebration: Empowering Women with Health and Impact
Join us as we honor women’s strength, perseverance, and achievements around the world. This International Women’s Day, we’re focused on health and wellness, emphasizing the significance of heart and kidney health and advocating for holistic approaches to well-being.
Our program will include expert speakers, including:
A cardiologist who will provide important insights into women’s heart health, allowing us to take charge of our cardiovascular health.
A kidney specialist will discuss the particular ways kidney health affects women and how we can safeguard it.
A holistic nutritionist will address the benefits of plant-based diet and holistic health, helping us to a more balanced and healthy lifestyle.
In addition to our health-related conversations, we will recognize and commemorate amazing women in our community, including cancer survivors and those who have made important contributions to society, making a lasting impression on those around them.
This event provides an opportunity to learn, engage with, and celebrate the remarkable women who have influenced our world and continue to inspire positive change.
