Accessing the dock — there are three possible methods to reach the dock for boarding:

Ramp access is available between the City Cruises Ticket Booth and Rio City Cafe – the steepness of the ramp changes with the season and water level.
Stairs access can be found to the right of Rio City Cafe.
Elevator access is available at the Delta King *City Cruises does not manage this elevator and cannot guarantee its functionality.
Paid public parking garages are accessible.
It is advisable to make reservations in advance. Purchases at the on-site ticket booth in Old Sacramento are accepted by credit card only and are subject to availability.
