Tuesday, November 26th, 3:00-7:30. An Indoor Farmer’s Market – Shop directly from local artisans, prepare for the holidays, and support local charities!
Tuesday, November 26th, 3:00 to 7:30 (The Tuesday before Thanksgiving) The Petaluma Holiday Food Fair is an indoor farmer’s market at Hotel Petaluma’s ballroom and garden where visitors may shop directly from local food artisans in preparation for Thanksgiving and beyond.
Tickets are free, and reservations are required to secure your admission time slot. There is an option for a ‘Paid’ ticket, which benefits the nonprofit Petaluma People’s Services and allows you to enter at any time.
Children do not need tickets, and there will be Santa and Snow in the Courtyard!
Following the 2017 wildfires that devastated Sonoma County, Lorraine and Michael Barber of the Barber Cellars winery realized that many of the local artists they supported in their tasting area were struggling for business. Farmers markets were closed during peak harvest season, and sales were minimal. They arranged this event to provide much-needed financial support to local food farmers. The event has become a significant and beloved way for local food artisans and Sonoma County residents to kick off the holiday season, and it continues to be so!
Sampling is at the discretion of the individual vendors, and meals will be available for purchase at the hotel. The number of persons permitted in at once is limited. Tickets feature a time preference (in half-hour increments), resulting in a shorter wait and greater room. Children do not require tickets!
