2025 San Joaquin Asparagus Festival, Stockton, CA
Dubbed the “Biggest Food Festival in the West,” the asparagus-themed event draws thousands of guests for Great Family Fun!
The 39th Annual San Joaquin Asparagus Festival takes occur on April 11-13, 2025.
Hours of operation: Friday and Saturday 10am-7pm, Sunday 10am-6pm.
LAST DAILY ADMISSION IS 6PM FRIDAY, SATURDAY, AND 5PM SUNDAY.

Every year, we have several more Asparagus-related dishes to our already outstanding Deep Fried Asparagus and Asparagus Ice Cream, such as: Bacon Wrapped Asparagus, Asparagus Lumpia, Pulled Pork Sandwich with Asparagus Slaw, Asparagus Chicken Bowl, Asparagus Corn Dogs, Asparagus Polish Corn Dogs, Asparagus Chili Cheese Fries, Asparagus Nachos, Chicken Aspara These dishes can be found in the Asparagus Plaza, just outside of Asparagus Alley; check sanjoaquinasparagusfestival.net for additional information and a map of the event.
During prior events, Asparagus Alley served nearly 10 tons of California-grown asparagus, including deep-fried asparagus and asparagus ice cream. Since 2015, the Noceti family has donated more than $850,000 to volunteer non-profit organizations and the San Joaquin County Fairgrounds.
The carnival sells unlimited ride wristbands for $35 apiece. Individual ride credits can be purchased for $1 apiece; rides typically require 4-7 credits each. Credits will be placed onto a reloadable card at the self-service kiosk. Wristbands will be purchased at the kiosks and loaded onto a reloadable card; once loaded, take the card to the redemption location to have wristbands placed on individuals.
