Welcome to the Sushi & Sake Festival 2025!
Join us for an extraordinary celebration of Japanese cuisine at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Los Angeles Downtown. Indulge in an all-you-can-eat experience featuring a diverse selection of nigiri, sashimi, sushi rolls, and authentic Japanese dishes such as ramen, yakitori, okonomiyaki, oden, takoyaki, wagyu, and more. You will also have the chance to sample premium sake, shochu, Japanese beer, and other traditional Japanese beverages.
The sushi offered at the event will be freshly crafted by expert sushi chefs from Sushi Gen and Katsuya Group, two esteemed restaurants in Los Angeles. Immerse yourself in the rich flavors and traditions of Japan through cultural performances and interactive activities.
