2025 Flash Foxy Climbing Festival, Bishop, CA

In Bishop, CA, there is an annual three-day climbing festival where women and genderqueer people may come together to learn and establish community!

The 2025 Flash Foxy Climbing Festival, formerly known as the Women’s Climbing Festival, is a three-day event that aims to unite and celebrate the increasing community of female and genderqueer climbers. We hope that the Flash Foxy Climbing Festival will not only appeal to experienced climbers, but also provide a safe environment for new climbers to discover more about what climbing has to offer!

FESTIVAL DATE: March 14–16, 2025

WHO IS FLASH FOXY FOR?

We invite all women and genderqueer climbers, including trans and gender nonconforming individuals, to attend the Flash Foxy Climbing Festival.

Our mission is to develop and maintain a safe and varied environment in which consent and respect are the top values. Harassment in any form (unwanted touch, verbal or physical abuse, racism, homophobia, transphobia, body shaming, etc.) will not be permitted.

WHERE IS THE FESTIVAL HELD?
The festival is held in Bishop, California. Festival events will take place around Bishop and at many local climbing areas. The Lodging + Local Beta page provides more information about Bishop and our venues.

Why are there different levels of ticket pricing?

We strongly believe in making the event affordable so that people of all conditions who enjoy climbing may attend, which is why we have a “pay more if you are willing”

The regular registration fee for the weekend is $180, but we have also provided options for lower and higher-cost tickets ranging from $100 to $250. If you can afford the higher price and want to help offset the costs for other participants, please purchase a $200 or $250 Festival Pass. We have a limited supply of $100 Festival Passes available. Low-cost festival passes will go on sale on January 1st. There are also complete scholarships and volunteer opportunities (click here for more information). Click here to learn more about our “pay more if you are willing and able” model.

As always, $5 from each ticket sale will benefit a local Indigenous-led organization.
