Celebrate Father’s Day creatively! This hands-on pottery workshop will teach you how to construct your own clay cigar stand, holder, or dish.
Welcome to our Father’s Day Ceramic Cigar Dish – Introduction to Pottery Class!
This Father’s Day, celebrate Dad in style at Two Faced Ceramics Studio with our Cigar Dish Pottery Class, a calm, hands-on workshop in which you’ll build a custom ceramic cigar stand, holder, or ash dish ideal for his next evening relaxation.
With step-by-step instruction from our professional instructors, you’ll master hand-building skills to create and personalize a useful piece with your own unique style. Add texture, stamping, or design features inspired by traditional cigar lounge vibes—no prior pottery expertise required.
This session is ideal for creating a nice, handcrafted gift or spending quality time with the cigar-obsessed father in your life. Come for the clay, stay for the relaxing atmosphere and wonderful memories.

Welcome to Two Faced Ceramics’ NEW workshop on Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood!
Students will create a personalized cigar holder or dish while learning basic handbuilding clay skills. This clay pottery lesson is enjoyable for students of all skill levels and requires no prior experience. Get your hands messy and dabble with clay – ideal for a hangout with Dad!
Please arrive 15 minutes early and allow enough time to park because parking is difficult at this area.
Students will be able to choose between six ceramic glaze finishes for their pottery pieces: matte white, matte dark aqua, glossy green, blue, opal, and pink.
Your clay pottery works will be ready for pickup 5 weeks following class, with shipping options available for an extra cost.
All clay materials are given, but feel free to bring your own notebook and ideas! Please wear studio clothes that you are willing to get soiled. Clay is dusty but does not discolor clothing. Aprons were provided.
