Refund policy: Refunds for Retail Summit/IC Summit events are not available for any reason and will not be issued unless the event is canceled or postponed for more than 12 months. Please contact us via Eventbrite or email devin.parker@retailsummits.com if you want to transfer your credit to another member of your team or a different eCommerce Summit within 12 months of purchasing.

Vendor Registration: You are the owner or employee of a technology or service solution available to eCommerce brands, merchants, or retailers. This includes agencies.
Retailer/Brand Registration: You are the owner or employee of a retail business, merchant, or brand that sells physical things online.
Investor & Marketplaces Registration: You are the owner or employee of an online marketplace, incubator, or venture capital firm with an interest in eCommerce.
