In the face of increasing pressure for productivity, how can companies grow while building a culture based on trust and values?
Employers will need to invest more in their employees’ future. In our conference of HR leaders and colleagues, we’ll look at new ways to think about how to make work more meaningful, foster a sense of community, help people improve their skills and performance, and develop stronger managers. You will hear about the most creative approaches to talent acquisition, complete incentives, benefits, learning and development, employee engagement, AI and HR technology, and inclusion and belonging.
The meeting will be held on March 6, 2025, at the Computer History Museum.
From Day One is a SHRM and HRCI recertification provider. This session qualifies for four credits from both organizations. Attendees will receive Activity IDs following the conclusion.
