Santa Claus is set to arrive in Horsetown USA! Join us for a festive experience at Breakfast with Santa, the Christmas Festival, and the Parade of Lights!
Purchase Tickets for Breakfast with Santa
Cost: $5 per person (Includes Breakfast, Crafts, and Selfies with Santa)
Schedule: Attendees will choose from available 60-minute time slots at 7:30 a.m., 8:45 a.m., 10 a.m., or 11:15 a.m.
Please Note: A limited number of tickets are available, and they may sell out before the event. Tickets must be purchased online and will not be available at the door. Tickets are only valid for the selected time slot.
Purchase Activity Wristbands
Cost: $10 per person (Includes Train Ride, Pony Rides, Petting Zoo, Games, Crafts, and More!)
Schedule: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Activity Wristbands are necessary for anyone participating in an activity, including parents accompanying young children. Activities are subject to change.
Please Note: Admission to the Christmas Festival, which features entertainment and food and craft vendors, is FREE. Activity Wristbands will be available for purchase online and at the gate until the event ends at 8 p.m.

Prices for Breakfast with Santa and Activity Wristbands do not include processing fees.

Horsetown Parade of Lights: 5 p.m.
To avoid delays, please have your tickets ready for scanning before arriving at the event. Your tickets can be printed from your confirmation email, accessed via the EventBrite mobile app, or saved as an image (screenshot) on your mobile device for convenient access.
Parking
Parking is provided on-site at no cost. Please adhere to the directional signage. Shuttle services will be available.
Event Protocol
The City of Norco maintains the authority to deny entry to individuals wearing attire that features inappropriate language, symbols, or gang-related clothing. This includes, but is not limited to, bandanas, hats, initialed belt buckles, vests, and other gang or crew apparel.
To guarantee the safety and security of all attendees, staff, and participants, the Ingalls Event Center strictly forbids the possession, use, or transportation of firearms, explosives, knives, and other hazardous weapons on its premises, including parking areas, during any events or activities conducted at the Event Center.
Furthermore, the consumption of alcohol, outside food or beverages, and the presence of pets are prohibited.
This event will be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. By attending and/or participating in the event, you grant permission for the City of Norco to utilize your image or voice for promotional, educational, or informational purposes, including in print, video, online, or on social media, without any compensation. You also release the City and its representatives from any claims associated with such use.
General Terms
No refunds or exchanges are permitted.
All sales are final.
Tickets are non-transferable.
Event terms are applicable rain or shine.
All event personnel reserve the right to deny entry to any ticket holder for any reason at their discretion.
By attending a City of Norco event, you acknowledge the inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public setting where individuals are gathered.
Accommodations
Individuals requiring modifications or accommodations to attend this event are encouraged to reach out to the City of Norco at least 48 hours prior to the event to facilitate reasonable arrangements for accessibility.
