Join us for the Davis Food Co-op’s Annual Holiday Meal and help out if you can!
We don’t want you to feel alone at Christmas, whether you’re a small family, a couple, or a single person. Please join us for a warm lunch, community, and connection.
Since 1985, the Co-op has held the annual Christmas Eve Holiday Meal. The first supper was started by Co-op employees whose family refused to take them in. Seeing that others in our neighborhood had nowhere to go for the holidays, they organized a feast for everyone to enjoy. The event evolved into a community-wide initiative to provide a free family supper for all guests. This year, we expect to host between 400 and 500 individuals.
If you are able, please consider donating or volunteering. Your support is what allows us to continue this beautiful holiday tradition. If you are unable to, do not worry! Join at 3 p.m., no tickets required.
