The doors open at 5:30.
Attire is semi-formal.
This year, we’re changing the event format. We will not serve a sit-down supper with tables. Instead, we’ll have a lovely reception with appetizers followed by the awards ceremony. Our venue will be the Saroyan Theatre, which can accommodate a larger crowd, and we will reserve a row of seats for each competitor. However, guests would have to sit in other spots. We are unable to save or assign seats to others because of the seating configuration.
Parking Information: The garage north of the Saroyan Theatre charges a parking fee. Additionally, free parking is accessible across the street, but space is limited, so please plan early.
** Please keep in mind that the Saroyan Theatre will only have one entrance, located on the east side between the theatre and Valdez Hall. This ensures that all attendees flow in the same direction and have the opportunity to witness the gorgeous entry arrangement. See the attached map**.
Ticket Purchase: All tickets must be purchased using the Eventbrite link. We cannot accept cash or cheques for tickets purchased ahead of time or at the door. If you have any payment troubles, please contact us at communications@fresnounified.org so that we can help.
Celebratory gear: While it is not essential, friends and family are encouraged to show their support by bringing personalized gear in celebration of their favorite finalists!
No confetti, streamers, silly strings, bubbles, helium-filled balloons, glitter, air horns, or sparklers.

Do I need a ticket to enter? Yes, everyone will require a ticket to access the Saroyan Theatre.
How can I make adjustments once I’ve purchased my tickets? Enter your Eventbrite account, if you have one. Simply log in to https://www.eventbrite.com/login/ to amend or reprint your tickets. If you provided a password at registration, you now have an account. If you do not have an account, please contact Melinda at (559) 320-1120 or melinda@cfanda.com. We can implement the adjustments for you. An account is not required.
How can I receive a refund? To cancel your ticket, you must submit a refund request 7 days prior to the event. If you have an Eventbrite account, log in and select Request Refund for your order. If not, please email melinda@cfanda.com with your complete name, event title, the number of tickets to be refunded, phone number, street address, and email address linked with the order. Refunds may take up to ten days to process. Cancellations received after the deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
