Pennypickle’s Workshop is located in Temecula, California. This is a children’s museum. Located at 42081 Main Street. Old Town Temecula. It’s a STEAM-focused play area. Designed by the Friends of the Temecula Children’s Museum. Opened in 2004. By 2025, it will be a family favorite.

History of Pennypickle’s Workshop

Temecula’s roots go back to the 1800s. Named after the Luiseño word “Temeku.” Native tribes were the first to live here. The Spanish settlers arrived in the 1700s. The community grew from a stagecoach halt. The museum opened in 2004. Originally called Imagination Workshop. We moved to a historic house in Old Town. Won a THEA prize in 2007. By 2025, it will be a popular attraction. Its past exemplifies Temecula’s communal spirit.

 

 

Renovations and Transformations Over the Years

The workshop began in 2004. It utilized a modest storefront. In 2005, they relocated to a historic mansion. In 2008, we added interactive exhibitions. Tunnels suitable for children have been erected. The music room was expanded in 2015. By 2025, digital screens will be installed. Themed party rooms were updated. Renovations are designed to increase involvement. The workshop maintains its eccentric appeal.

  • Tickets: Adults pay $5; children pay $5. Free for children under the age of three.
  • Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Three sessions every day. Sunday, 12:30 to 5 p.m. Closed on Mondays.
  • Tips: Check the session timings. Make sure to book field trips in advance. Wear comfortable clothing.
